Return & Refund Policy – Regrowth Kit Products

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and product integrity standards.

1. Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, and sealed products.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased during clearance or special discount offers (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, approval will be confirmed.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

4. Replacement Option

• In case of damaged or defective products received, replacement will be provided instead of refund (subject to verification).

5. Return Request Process

• Customers must contact support with order details and issue description.
• Approval is required before sending any product back.
