Handling, Transit, Or Order Cutt-Off Time:

Our order processing or handling time is 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday).

Our order transit or delivery time is 5-7 days (Monday to Saturday).

Order cut-off time will be 1:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)

Delivery Methods: ​Nies such as Xpressbees, OnlineXpress, and Ecom Express for shipment in India and FedEx For International Shipment.

Order dispatch delayed: ​We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at unityhairclinic@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

Order Tracking: ​When we will start your transfer, you will get a tracking number with your order

with which you can learn about your order postposition until you get your order ​hands.

WRONG ADDRESS OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

Wrong Address : ​If you have given us the wrong address and if you are not there then the product will be reserved in our store again. For providing the wrong Address You Have to Bear the full Shipping Cost.

Change of Addressee : ​When your order transition will be started We cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us at email unityhairclinic@gmail.com  or call  +919327148908 within 24 hours of placing your order.

PARCELLS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT 

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Restoking Fee: ​We don’t have any restocking fee.

Tax: ​We do not impose any taxes.
